Shipping Clerk

Experience: Previous experience in shipping, warehouse or stocking environment preferred.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Shipping Department Supervisor, Materials Logistics Manager. Receives day to day guidance in their performance of routine activities from leading personnel, if applicable. Assembles, packs and processes orders for shipment. Uses computer and scanners to complete packages for courier pickups. Stocks shelves at room temperature and in the walk-in cooler. Picks up and processes outgoing mail. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Machinist C (3 Positions)

Experience: Experience in a machine shop preferred.

Performs a variety of production support activities, material cutting by laser, sawing, shearing deburring, paint preparation, packaging and maintain records. Electronics Bench Technician

Experience: Basic and advanced electronics, computer technology, instrumentation, computer robotics or military equivalent.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Electronic Supervisor and/or Manager. Follows detailed written instructions, procedures and schematics to test, calibrate and repair various types of medical diagnostic equipment and subassemblies. Maintains records. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Must pass general math test. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: Associate degree in Electronics with solid state, PLC, Digital Motor Control or Military experience preferred. Computer literate.

Performs outside maintenance, empty trash, pull weeds, raking or cleaning or sweeping up litter. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Customer Service Phone Technician

Experience: Military experience or a minimum of two years field experience in electronics, bio-medical or similar equipment repair. Must know how to use multi-meters, temperature meters and torque wrenches.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Customer Service Supervisor and Manager. Installs and/or maintains equipment at Helena facility, responds to customers’ request to troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment as needed, document repairs on paper or by electronic media, complete work orders, travel is required as needed. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: At least an AA Degree in Electronics or equivalency work in the field or bench tech electronic work, with some understanding with PLC, digital motor control and some networking understanding.

Technical Sales Representative - Territory (Call for Territory Opening)

Job Duties: Technical Sales of Helena’s products into a Laboratory/Hospital setting. Interfacing with Laboratories, Physicians and Purchasing departments are critical aspect of the position. This position requirements include presentation of scientific material, assisting to solve technical issues, demonstration of Helena’s products, making financial presentations and training of lab personnel.

Experience: Some Sales Background; preferably but not required in outside sales

Education / Training: Minimum requirement; Associate Degree in one of the Life Sciences. Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician preferred but not required. Sales experience preferred but not required.

Comments: Must have valid driver’s license, insurable, must be capable of meeting credentialing requirements of hospitals, must be capable of loading and moving Helena’s equipment from car to hospital
