Experience: Machine shop inspection or final product inspection and experience with electronic components preferred. Proficient at reading blue prints.

General Job Description Summary:   Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Electronic Quality Assurance Supervisor and/or Manager.  Follows detailed written instructions and procedures to inspect incoming parts, components, materials, outgoing equipment, assemblies, and subassemblies. Packs finished products and maintains records. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties.  Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.  Must pass general math test.  Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements. 

Education / Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to read and write well.

Accountant

Experience: Must have five (5) years’ experience in Accounting.

Job Duties: Perform various Accounting functions including but not limited to: Fixed assets, analysis of accounts, financial statement jobs, bank reporting and reconciliation, general ledger journal entries, miscellaneous payments (Life Insurance and S125 Cafeteria Plan), monitor corporate credits cards, insurance expense, etc.

Education / Training: High School Diploma; Microsoft Office proficient (especially Excel), excellent analytical skills. Must have effective communication, interpersonal and planning skills, must be very detailed oriented.

Supervisor / Equipment Maintenance

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager. Assist the Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager with supervision of the maintenance equipment repair department. Hands on involvement with repair of automated production equipment. Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems utilized in production equipment such as motors, conveyors and other mechanical components or electrical wiring and electrical components for production equipment. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties.  Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.  Performs various other duties and activities as directed by Facilities Manager.  Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Experience: Must have a minimum of three years work-related experience with repair of automated production equipment and supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience and/or military experience. Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred. Must be a self-starter with systematic decision making, problem solving and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Additional Requirements: Subject to call out on nights and weekends.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Director of Engineering. The Junior Electrical Designer within the Helena Engineering department focuses on developing into a full team member capable of carrying out the tasks of an Electrical Engineer.  The Junior Electrical Designer is mentored and trained in the performance of their duties.  As the Junior Electrical Designer advances in ability they become increasingly responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering Department, including project management, design, research, prototyping, documentation and estimating. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties.  It is expected that the individual will remain in this position for 1-3 years before advancing to an Electrical Engineer.  Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.  Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager.  Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Experience: Basic and advanced electronics, computer technology, instrumentation, computer robotics or military equivalent.

Education / Training: Associate Degree in Electronics with solid state, PLC or Digital Motor Control experience, preferred.

Technical Sales Representative
Territory - New York

 

Experience: Some Sales Background; preferably but not required in outside sales

Job Duties: Technical Sales of Helena’s products into a Laboratory/Hospital setting.  Interfacing with Laboratories, Physicians and Purchasing departments are critical aspect of the position.  This position requirements include presentation of scientific material, assisting to solve technical issues, demonstration of Helena’s products, making financial presentations and training of lab personnel.

 
Education / Training: College level Biology and/or Chemistry with Laboratory experience; preference given to Medical Technologist

Comments: Must have valid driver’s license, insurable, must be capable of meeting credentialing requirements of hospitals, must be capable of loading and moving Helena’s equipment from car to hospital
