Experience: Installation, repair, maintain and troubleshoot Helena Laboratory equipment.
Job Duties: Respond to customer calls. Document repairs on paper or by electronic media, complete work orders, help Field Service Representative to resolve customer complaints, use of multi-meters, temperature meters and torque wrenches. Be part of a 24 hour coverage rotation and possible fill in for Field Service Representative when needed.
Education / Training: AA Degree in Electronics; PLC, digital motor control, military experience or a minimum of two years field experience in electronic, bio-medical or similar equipment repair. Must know how to use multi-meters, temperature meters and torque wrenches.
