Documentation Labeler

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Documentation Control Manager. Responsible for reviewing, creating and modifying instructions for use and related labeling for diagnostic test devices. Interact with various departments and design team. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Electronic Bench Technician

Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday (to be determined)

Experience: Basic and advanced electronics, computer technology, instrumentation, computer robotics or military equivalent.

General Job Description Summary: Test new equipment per SOI’s and SOP’s. Troubleshoot and repair if needed. Refurbish older equipment to current revision per ECN’s and test per current SOI’s. Must be able to read schematics, mechanical drawings and computer literate.

Education / Training: Associate Degree in Electronics with solid state, PLC or Digital Motor Control experience, preferred.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Director of Engineer. The Electrical Engineer within the Helena Engineering department provides expertise in the design of embedded electrical systems such as power supplies, subsystem controllers, motion controllers, PC dio/aio interfaces. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering Department, including project management, design, research, prototyping, documentation and estimating. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Graphic Designer - Marketing

Experience: Two (2) years in Corporate or Agency graphic design preferred.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include producing product labeling, packaging, promotions, advertising, videos, in-house forms, web design and social media posting. Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics and content. Observe and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Director of Marketing. Education / Training: Associate or BA degree in Graphic Design preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.

Technical Sales Representative - Territory (Call for Territory Opening)

Job Duties: Technical Sales of Helena’s products into a Laboratory/Hospital setting. Interfacing with Laboratories, Physicians and Purchasing departments are critical aspect of the position. This position requirements include presentation of scientific material, assisting to solve technical issues, demonstration of Helena’s products, making financial presentations and training of lab personnel.

Experience: Some Sales Background; preferably but not required in outside sales

Education / Training: Minimum requirement; Associate Degree in one of the Life Sciences. Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician preferred but not required. Sales experience preferred but not required.

Comments: Must have valid driver’s license, insurable, must be capable of meeting credentialing requirements of hospitals, must be capable of loading and moving Helena’s equipment from car to hospital
