Experience: Experience with basic lab skills and Microsoft Word/Excel. Electrophoresis experience preferred.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the R&D Pre-Production Supervisor and/or R&D Director. Responsible for running diagnostic tests as directed. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Company Vice President. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: A degree in Chemistry or Biology is preferred.

Additional Reguirements: Must pass pre-employment basic math calculations test for interview.

Experience: Must be able to follow detailed written instructions and work in fast paced challenging environment.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Production Assistant Manager. Manufacturing products, utilizing standard specialized laboratories equipment. The ability to follow detailed written instructions. Able to set-up workstation and assemble components. Prepare and fill containers with liquid and dry products. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Production Assistant Manager.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or GED (equivalent).

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Consumable Production Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Production Manager. Ability to follow detailed written instructions. Inspecting and packaging. Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, include wearing required PPE. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties and activities as directed by Supervisor and/or Manager.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Reading and writing and must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work on some Friday’s.

Experience: Two (2) years in Corporate or Agency graphic design preferred.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include producing product labeling, packaging, promotions, advertising, videos, in-house forms, web design and social media posting. Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics and content. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observe and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Director of Marketing. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: Associate or BA degree in Graphic Design preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.

Equipment Maintenance Technician

Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of small production equipment. Locate and order parts along with inventory control of parts. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by Plant Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Experience: Must have two (2) years of work-related experience with maintenance and repair of small production equipment.

Technical Sales Representative - Territory (New York)

Job Duties: Technical Sales of Helena’s products into a Laboratory/Hospital setting. Interfacing with Laboratories, Physicians and Purchasing departments are critical aspect of the position. This position requirements include presentation of scientific material, assisting to solve technical issues, demonstration of Helena’s products, making financial presentations and training of lab personnel.

Experience: Some Sales Background; preferably but not required in outside sales

Education / Training: College level Biology and/or Chemistry with Laboratory experience preferred but not required; preference given to Medical Technologist

Comments: Must have valid driver’s license, insurable, must be capable of meeting credentialing requirements of hospitals, must be capable of loading and moving Helena’s equipment from car to hospital
