Molding Room Production Worker (3 Positions Available)

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm + OT as needed.

Experience: None.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Consumable Supervisor, Assistant Manager and/or Production Manager. May receive day-to-day guidance in the performance of routine activities from Lead personnel. Prepares equipment and work area for production, performs production room operations and cleans equipment and facility. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor, Assistant Manager and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Note: Employees must have good vision or have good vision with corrective lens. Both hands must be free in order to perform job duties.

Production Worker

Opening Date: July 10, 2024

Hourly Rate: $12.04

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Experience: None, will train.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Consumable Production Supervisor, Assistant Manager and/or Production Manager. Job duties include, silkscreen, gel bond, label room, specialty packer, membrane inspector, and cutting room. Set up work station and operate gel bond equipment, silk- screen equipment, print and stamp labels, literature and other materials, drills, threads, stamps and assemble various plastic components, inspect packages, blotters and plates, operate shears to trim and cut various materials, maintain records and logs. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Electronics Bench Technician

Opening Date: July 10, 2024

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Experience: Basic and advanced electronics, computer technology, instrumentation, computer robotics or military equivalent.

General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Electronic Supervisor and/or Manager. Follows detailed written instructions, procedures and schematics to test, calibrate and repair various types of medical diagnostic equipment and subassemblies. Maintains records. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Must pass general math test. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.

Education / Training: Associate degree in Electronics with solid state, PLC, Digital Motor Control or Military experience preferred. Computer literate.

Test Required: Yes - Written Electronic Test
