Job Duties: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from Consumable Production Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Production Manager. Ability to follow detailed written instructions. Inspecting and packaging. Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, include wearing required PPE. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties and activities as directed by Supervisor and/or Manager.
Education / Training: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Reading and writing and must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work on some Friday’s.

Experience: MT (Medical Technologist) with one-year clinical experience. Will consider MLT (ASCP) with Bachelor’s degree and three to four years clinical experience. IT (Information Technology), LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) experience, and high comfort level with computer systems, technology and equipment interfaces is a plus.
General Job Description Summary: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Technical Services Manager and/or appointed designee. Responsibilities include answering phones and emails, communicating with customers to provide scientific support assistance, troubleshoot software and procedural problems, assist with interpretation of results for a broad spectrum or electrophoresis, POC (Point of Care) and coagulation assays. Performs functional testing and apply scientific method in problem solving, laboratory investigations, product complaints and troubleshooting of processes; Assist with training of customers and sales representatives; Document information and investigation results and maintain good record keeping as mandated by established protocols to comply with various agency regulations; and test of proficiency samples. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Technical Services Manager and/or appointed designee. Must meet all elements of the Helena General Job Standards Pertaining to All Jobs, Job Classification Standards – Job Requirements Matrix and General Job Requirements.
Education / Training: MLT (ASCP or MT)
Experience: Some Sales Background; preferably but not required in outside sales
Job Duties: Technical Sales of Helena’s products into a Laboratory/Hospital setting. Interfacing with Laboratories, Physicians and Purchasing departments are critical aspect of the position. This position requirements include presentation of scientific material, assisting to solve technical issues, demonstration of Helena’s products, making financial presentations and training of lab personnel.
Education / Training: College level Biology and/or Chemistry with Laboratory experience; preference given to Medical Technologist
Comments: Must have valid driver’s license, insurable, must be capable of meeting credentialing requirements of hospitals, must be capable of loading and moving Helena’s equipment from car to hospital
