ACS Guideline for Colorectal Cancer Screening
Visual Exams:
• Colonoscopy every 10 years
• CT colonography every 5 years
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy every 5 years
Stool-based Tests:
• Annual high sensitivity guaiac FOBT
• Annual high fecal immunochemical test
• Multi-targeted stool DNA test / 3 years
