SPIFE Nexus Split Beta Serum Protein – 60 Sample

Starting with sampling from primary patient tubes and finishing with final, scanned results, the SPIFE Nexus provides total, walkaway processing of up to 100 serum samples in about 90 minutes. Gel sizes from 20 to 100 samples are available to accommodate any workload. With the SPIFE Nexus Split-Beta assay, proteins migrating in the beta region are split into two fractions, Beta 1 and Beta 2, between transferrin and C3 complement for easier detection of small beta-migrating monoclonal gammopathies. Urine samples can also be processed for qualitative assessment on the SPIFE Nexus, with options to run neat or concentrated samples or use Acid Violet stain for greater sensitivity.
