General Job Description: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the Technical Services Manager and/or appointed designee. Responsibilities include answering phones and emails, communicating with customers to provide scientific support assistance, interact with customers regarding company products, processing, documenting and facilitating product replacement as necessary, troubleshoot software and procedural problems, assist with interpretation of results for a broad spectrum of electrophoresis, POC and coagulation assays. Perform phlebotomy for scheduled blood draws and on an as needed basis. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Technical Services Manager and/or appointed designee. General Job Description: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the R&D Hemostasis Supervisor and/or R&D Director. Responsible for running diagnostic tests, general lab and instrument maintenance, research bench work related to Hemostasis, lab documentation and technical services support. Phlebotomy duties are on an as needed basis when requested by R&D and Technical Services. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. General Job Description: Reports to and receives assignments, instructions and direction from the General Manager of Sales, National Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager. Responsible for capital equipment sales, consumable sales and product support for all products manufactured and distributed by Helena Laboratories. Duties include product demonstration, financial demonstration, installation and operator training. Customer support to include assisting customers with technical issues and general account maintenance. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Receives day-to-day guidance in the performance of routine activities from lead personnel. Receives materials into plant and processes paperwork. Pulls material from stock for deliveries, unloads trucks, delivers and picks up material within and outside the plant. Drives company vehicle to deliver and pick up materials from the post office, airport or vendors. Processes and files all paperwork. Stock and straighten shelves and maintain inventory. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping duties. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Performs various other duties and activities as directed by the Supervisor and/or Manager.
